Dr. AHMED A ZUGAIL

Dr. Zugail holds a PhD in Mineral Economics with a minor in Operation Research from the renowned Colorado School of Mines (CSM) and BSc in Mining Engineering from King Fahd for Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM). He started his career as an assistant professor of economics at the college of Industrial Management of KFUPM. Locally and internationally, he is a recognized executive and leader in the cement industry with over 25 years of sound experience in leading diversified organizations and operations while delivering sound and breakthrough business achievements. He has a reputation as an exemplary professional, business and manufacturing expert with proven track records in presenting corporate image publically and industry-wide and leading business and organization transformation for sustainable growth. He held the position of CEO for more than 15 years in joint-stock companies, Najran Cement Co and Yanbu Cement Co in Saudi Arabia. Dr. Zugail is a cofounder and board member of Rakizah Mining Co.
